FSH residents are now able to reserve Study Spaces in 2-hour increments. Anyone reserving a time will receive a confirmation email once their appointment is booked. Please submit your reservation requests at least 5-business days ahead of time. Outdoor Study Areas with Wi-Fi

Storke: laundry rooms & community center. West Campus: community center. Residents may print remotely via GauchoPrint.
When logging in to print at gauchoprint.ucsb.edu for the first time, follow the "First Time Setup" process and "Get Help". If you have any questions or issues, you can submit a ticket at info.resnet.ucsb.edu > support requests. Below instructions will also be included on the printers: Instructions: 1. Go to gauchoprint.ucsb.edu and log in with NetID/Password 2. Utilize the “First time Setup” and “Get Help” tabs on the left for per-device instructions. 3. After utilizing those and printing your document from your machine to the Housing queue, scan the QR code on the printer (using your phone while connected to our internet) to release the job. You will need to log in, and may have to scroll down to hit the “release” button. 4. Please submit any questions at info.resnet.ucsb.edu > support requests.

Community Center Reservations
Each Community Centers is equipped with a big screen TV, community printer, kitchen, sink, refrigerator and bathroom . These spaces can host parenting classes, RA events and resident parties with approved reservation requests. NOTE: it is the responsibility of the resident reserving the space to ensure it is left clean and organized. FSH Swap Shops

NEW - Goleta Library Book Van at FSHThe Goleta Valley Library Book Van provides library services to the wider Isla Vista community with the delivery of books, audiovisual materials, Library of Things items, technology, craft kits for kids, honor system books, free books, and more. Library cards can be issued to anyone who wants one. There will be WiFi available near the van so that people can download some of the more than one million items available through the Goleta Valley Library databases.

Bike Self-Serve Repair Stations
A bike fix it station is a stand that holds nearly any bike and includes an air pump and basic tools. In our community they are located by the Storke Front Office and mailboxes, West Campus Study Space, and Sierra Madre Village Office. While the BBQ grills around the complex are still available for use, please follow recommended social distancing guidelines. Also, thank you for considering residents' stay-at-home, shelter-in-place when using the grills and managing noise, smoke, and groups. |
