To report broken machines:
If you experience any flooding in the laundry room, please call the Storke Front Office at 805-893-2617 or Sierra Madre Office at 805-893-3570 to report the issue during business hours. After office business hours or holidays, please contact the FSH RA on Call at 805-451-1660.
Payment Information:
Residents can now make payments and submit requests for service through WASH-Connect mobile application or though purchasing a WASH card (in West Campus front Laundry Room--by the WC Study Room, and the Storke rear laundry room--near parking lot 56W).
If you encounter issues with the new application, please contact WASH at the phone and website provided below.
For overdraft charges or to report damaged clothes:
Call WASH Service Request at 800-342-5932 or use the online WASH submission form.
- Post a sign on the broken machine for staff and residents to see.
- Submit a work order to Residential Operations at Get it Fixed.
- Make sure to provide the Laundry room number, Machine ID # and a clear description of the issue with the machine.
